Erin Michon Selected for Leadership Detroit 44

Erin is now part of a diverse group of 75 executives who will participate in a nine month long community program led by the Detroit Regional Chamber. This program is designed to bring positive change and spark problem-solving discussions through informed leadership. This year’s class features many different executives from across the Metro-Detroit region, including business, organized labor, government, education, media, civic groups, health services, and community organizations. The program will provide its participants with the opportunity to learn about and explore the key issues Southeast Michigan is facing.

Erin is the Director of Operations here at Ancor Automotive. She leads an operations team of 36 people with five direct reports. Erin has years of experience in operations ranging from the fields of loss prevention, retail, restaurants, government settings, warehouse settings, spare part management, and drawing management.

Erin says, “Give me a challenge! I am process driven and determined. I like to identify any issues that are resulting in a loss and drive identification/resolution and overall efficiency.”

We are so proud of Erin and excited to see her many achievements and success. Here is to the Leadership Detroit’s 44th class!
